Parking

All vehicles must park in the designated parking spots. Parking along the curb in front of the Clubhouse building is strictly prohibited. In addition, there is no parking in front of the bike rack or on the four squares playing area in the parking area. This is for the safety of the children, as well as to abide by the Town of Concord parking ordinance. Violations of the parking policies can lead up to and including termination of membership.

Please adhere to these parking policies at all times

Emergency Medical Information

We will be continuing our policy of requiring current emergency and medical information forms for all of the participants in the swim and tennis team programs.  This will give the coaches and officials important contact information that may be needed should an emergency arise.  We also encourage all members to fill out these forms in case of unanticipated needs.  Please take a few minutes to fill out the enclosed Emergency Medical Form and return it with your payment.  Our regulations prohibit children to be allowed to go off Heritage premises on Club business without this form on file.

Supervision of Children and Adolescents

The Club provides lifeguards and instructors who provide for the safety of those using the pool or participating in organized activities (such as lessons).  They are unable to supervise any young child throughout the entire Heritage grounds, at any time for any reason. Moreover, the staff is not expected or allowed to ensure that children remain on the Heritage property. The ultimate responsibility for the supervision of children at Heritage rests strictly with their parents and guardians. The lack of adherence to the supervision of your children or adolescents can lead up to and include membership termination.

Children who are 10 years of age and older, who have passed a deep-water test by the pool staff, may continue to be left unsupervised at the pool only within the limits of the above guidelines and Club Policies.  Those children who are under the age of 10 cannot be at the pool without specific adult supervision.  Should you have a question about this policy, feel free to discuss it with either the Pool Manager or the President of the Board.

Guest Sign-In Procedure

To avoid billing errors and to monitor guest usage of Club facilities, members are required to sign-in themselves and their guests at the Clubhouse office whenever using Club facilities, whether pool or tennis courts.  In addition, this policy allows the staff to get to know our membership a little better as well as assisting in locating a member in case of an emergency.  Members will be given a copy of their guest slip for their records. These policies are for membership benefit; please abide by them.

 Work Parties

Work parties are not only necessary to keep our Club in great shape, but also to give our members an opportunity to get to know each other a little better.  Sometime before the beginning of each season, you will be assigned a work party date. Remember to sign in upon arriving and sign out before leaving otherwise you will be billed $150 as a no-show.  Please help us keep costs down by abiding by this simple procedure.
